Refund Policy

After entry closing date, stall fees are non-refundable. Classes that are scratched on or before the closing date will be refunded. Once a class is underway, horses not shown in classes in which they have been entered forfeit their entry fees. Proper notification of the scratch must be made in the show office before the start of the class. Full refunds (minus a $10 scratch fee) will only be issued when the scratch is accompanied by a certificate from a veterinarian. If horse becomes injured or ill during the event resulting in scratching from subsequent classes, $10 scratch fee will apply and class fees will be refunded though vet certificate is not required in this case. If no veterinarian certificate is provided and no replacement class is entered, the entry fee will be forfeited. Unused bags of shavings are fully refundable regardless of reason.
